The key to charisma

Charisma is the hidden attraction or magic that can inspire dedication in others. [1] Charisma is a Greek term originally derived from the word grace, a divine gift that makes one prefer its attractiveness. In a convention, charisma is the attribute attributed to persons, institutions or positions because of their supposed connection with the vital and specific forces of the system. The term was used at the dawn of Christianity to refer primarily to the abilities of the Holy Spirit.

Max Weber was the first to give the term a political flavor when he used it to refer to the ability of a particular person to influence others to the extent that he was in a position of strength for them and that the subjects under his influence gave him authoritarian rights as a result of his influence. Weber's theory of power is one of the most famous in his name, in which he searched for the reasons that led people to submit to orders issued by the supreme authority. Weber divided power into three types [2]:

Traditional power is the one that draws its legitimacy from established customs, customs and traditions.
The rational legal authority whose legitimacy is based on the belief of those governed by the legality of a set of rules and procedures and the right of those who come to power in accordance with them to exercise their powers and issue their judgments, which are binding on all.
