Definition of administrative development and its objectives
"Administrative development or management development is a" systematic and ongoing process, through which current managers of the organization or future managers are provided with the knowledge, skills and capabilities necessary to successfully lead and manage the organization. "
"A planned and continuous activity aimed at developing managerial behavior and developing the capabilities of the managers of the organization through the knowledge and skills acquired through the administrative development programs"

Objectives:
: One of the most important goals
1 - Avoid administrative obsolescence: by avoiding stalemate in the minds and behavior of managers, and innovation in the methods of work, tools and technology used.
2. Planning the replacement process: the process of administrative development facilitates the process of replacement and promotion of higher positions in the organization's organizational structure.
"The replacement is either because of promotion, dismissal, resignation, retirement age or other reasons."
3 - Satisfying the requirement of self-growth of individuals: Achieve the goals of managers in access to the highest profitability, and a sense of accomplishment.
