Characteristics of local development
Local development has a range of characteristics:
Local development is a comprehensive process; it encompasses all components of society and does not eliminate the existence of any of its components.
Contribute to the development of society; it depends on a set of strategies, and plans aimed at improving the living conditions, and educational in the community.
Local development aims at making use of all resources; it seeks to make primary resources a means of self-sufficiency for the members of society, and become part of it to become part of local and foreign trade to benefit the entire society. Seeks to provide all basic services to individuals, from transportation, educational institutions, public sectors, and others.
