Proficiency in work The perfection of work is the exercise of individuals for humanitarian activities based on high skills and degrees of quality, in order to help them to upgrade their professions or other humanitarian work, which benefit them greatly through increased production and development of goods, in addition to services Which they offer to their communities and their country as a result of perfect work. The concept of work to be mastered here is not confined to the pursuit of life in worldly life, but extends to include all acts and actions performed by the individual in the affairs of the law and religion or the affairs of science and technological development or worldly affairs of the world, provided that these works correspond to what As prescribed by Islamic law, do not differ or contradict with them. Proficiency in working in the concept of Islam The concept of perfection in work in Islam is not limited to mere goals or behaviors that must be mastered. It is also one of the cultural phenomena that Islam seeks to propagate and achieve in Islamic societies in order to achieve the advancement in humanity, building different civilizations, Life and its recovery. And before all this, the perfection in the work is one of the lofty goals that the worshipers resort to in order to obtain the satisfaction of God Almighty, because the Almighty accepts only what was directed sincerely to his face, and devotion here is not only proficiency, and is obvious in the Islamic religion That the mastery of the work as a worship or as a habit of the one who is attracted by the actor, and contribute to the acceptance of his work from God Almighty. The importance of mastery in the work in Islam The Holy Quran and the Sunnah of the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) mentioned many verses and hadiths that enjoin the necessity of perfecting the work, because he said: "Allaah loves if one of you does a job that you master." Narrated by Abu Ali in Musnad and al-Tabri. And the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) did not specify the type of work that God loves of his worshipers, but made it open and comprehensive to all worldly and religious works. And avoid fraudulent actions for profit "The one who cheats is not one of us." Narrated by Muslim, as well as the torment of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him). Who will receive it because of this in this world and the Hereafter.
